Terms and conditions
What is included in the rental
1 The scooter must be collected on the day of hire (giving notice of the collection time if it is not 08:00 via WhatsApp).
2 Failure to attend on the day of collection will result in forfeiture of the fee previously paid.
3 Customers will receive a 100% refund of the relevant fare if they cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice.
4 The vehicle must be returned by the agreed time. Returning it after closing time (7:00 PM) incurs a charge of €50. In this case, the return must be made by 8:00 AM the following day.
5 Refunds will not be issued for rentals made with licenses not authorised to drive the booked moped.
6 Customers who state that they can drive and are unable to do so upon delivery of the Vespa will not be refunded if they decide not to continue using the vehicle, as it has been reserved at their expense.
7 The client is responsible for fines, tolls, parking fees, damage not covered by insurance, and lost accessories.
8 The driver is required to observe speed limits and maintain a safe following distance.
9 The driver is required not to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
10 Vespa use is prohibited on unpaved roads.
11 Unauthorised persons are forbidden to board.
12 It is forbidden to cross the Italian border.
